SS Model Three-column Top Manned Discharge
Centrifuge, which can be operated intermittently. The series has the
following advantages, such as simple structure, reliable function,
easy and convenient operation and maintain. The filter time can be
set at will. The filter residue can be washed completely. The
solid-phase grain is not damaged easily. The machine is used in the
dehydration of the fibre and textile, which has been dyed and
washed. It is widely adopted in chemical, pharmaceutics, food,
printing and dyeing, textile industry and environmental protection.
The machine meets GMP series design.
Structure Principle
SS model Centrifuge is composed of shell, rotational
drum, basement, transmission parts and brake component. Rotational
drum can bring about centrifugal function by transmission parts
turning around principal axis. The material which enter the
rotational drum from the top joint the wall equably under the
centrifugal effect. Liquid be out through filter, and solid be
stayed in the drum. When separate, close the motor. Stop the
equipment, the material be out from the top unload exit by hand.
