Performance feature:

According to the requirement of GMP, it is the latest newly soft (hard) packing machine at home and used widely in the packing of medical apparatus (syringe needle, injector), Chinese and Western medicine, electron unit, chemical and industrial product, foodstuff, as well as sensitive anti-pollution materials. It can synchronously complete membrane or hard heating plate, negative pressure and positive pressure to form simultaneously, filling, plate moiré sealing, dot printed, vertical-cut and crosscut as well as finished product ect full period.

PLC controlled program control, man-machine board to operate; it belongs to high automation of Mechanic-electronics product. Accord with GMP standard, it can be used to replace imported product in the same field.

l It is adopted with step motor and chains to make up of draw device, adjustable stroke.

l Cursor tracking the plate device automatically to ensure packing design with fixed location.

l PLC control to make typewriter print number, date, letter programmed by man-machine board self-definition.

l The position of typing and indention can be adjusted freely.

l Die nail to locate and easy to make die replaced.
