It is the fine technology of the combination of aluminum plastic hot seal by the roller type machine and PVC pressure molding by plate type machine, eliminating the uneven thickness of the bubble cap because of PVC negative pressure molding, poor sealing due to thin top part, shorter service life owing to great punching force and limited type and size specification.

The gear with smooth and stable movement drives the machine. Medicine is automatically filled and instructions printed on the aluminum foil without further punching for the edge, all process is synchronically finished, accurate and simple on operation.
