Structure and Theory:
Electric motor drives revolving drum to revolve at a
high speed by clutch. The material is added from the head of
revolving drum. liquid phase discharges through filter cloth and
filter opening in the drum wall, solid phase is left in the
revolving drum. Open the cover and loosen the adjusting pin of
liquid preventing broad when the machine is stopped. Liquid
preventing broad and filter bag with filter residue inside are hung
to discharge pit by lifting appliance. Loosen the hanging leg and
open filter bag; filter bag will fall to the ground.
Features and Application:
This
type of centrifugal machine is developed on the basis of centrifugal
machine model SS. In addition to the advantages of model SS, labor
power is greatly reduced, the unloading is rapid, it is easy to
clean, so the efficiency is increased, pollution to the finished
products is therefore avoided. It is used for separation of floating
liquid with high loose type solid-phase, average size fineness, not
easy to compress, need washing, liquid phase with relatively small
viscosity. It is widely used in the industries of chemicals,
pharmacy, food, light industry, minerals, environment protection
etc. The machine corresponds to GMP series design.
