Usage

HZD Automatic Barrel Mixer is a high-efficient and energy-saving material mixing equipment mainly used in the mixing of dry powder with dry powder of different constituents, dry powder with grain, and grain with grain in the production of pharmaceutical industry. It is also extensively used in the light industry and chemical industry.

Working Principle

Materials to be mixed are put into a special shape closed barrel, then the barrel is loaded into the mixing machine by using a special purpose lifting carriage. After the barrel is lifted to position at certain height, it is clamped and fixed. The mixing machine begins to rotate at a speed below 50% of the critical speed according to the present technological parameters, materials with different constituents carry out 3-dimensional space movement in the special shape closed with mixing barrel, which produces strenuous rolling-over and high shear speed to achieve the optimum mixing effect.

l          The special shape mixing barrel can be used as a batching barrel in the upstream procedure, and in this procedure it can be used as charging barrel in the downstream procedure without discharge after mixing, thus avoiding the pollution of production environment during the circulating process and preventing the cross pollution of medicine.

l          After the mixing of materials, the mixing barrel can be dismounted form the mixing machine, then another mixing barrel loaded with materials can be mounted to carry out rotating and mixing, there by greatly improving the utilization ration of the mixing machine.

l          The specially designed mixing barrel has no dead corners, its inner wall is finely polished, when the materials are to be discharged, the valve is opened and the materials will be smoothly discharge by gravity, so this machine has the merits of easy discharge of materials, no residue, no pollution to environment, and easy cleaning.
