with the pretreatment boiler, main boiler, vacuum pump,
hydraulic pressure and electric control system. The machine is made

Characteristics:
1.The main boiler adopts the coaxial
triplex mixer to simplify the drive mechanism, reduce the sealing
links and save the time of installation. All of the important drive
elements are manufactured strictly according to the technical
requirements.
2.The machine is still in the state of clean sealing and complete
lubrication for the special design. Sealing of the main boiler is
also stable and reliable in high temperature and high speed for the
American imported DXRO sealing.
3.High isotropic rotate speed:0~3500r/min, low mixing rotate
speed:0~65r/min. Adopting the stepless frequency speed regulation.
The two mixing time can be set.
4.The homogenizer adopts the foreign advanced technology. isotropic
effect is very good. The emulsification can reach the ideal effect
within ten minutes.
5.The vane of low-speed scraping mixer automatically clings to the
wall boiler. The vane doesn't contact with the wall in no-load
operation so as to prolong the use life.
6.If adding the powder material is necessary for the operating
condition, you should adopt the vacuum bottom valve for material
feeding to completely avoid the powder flying upward and uneven
mixture.
7.The whole process of production is in the state of super-low
vacuum, so it is avoided that the air bubble comes into being after
high-speed mixture and the equipment can reach the special
requirements of pharmacy industry, such as sanitary and asepsis.
8.The main boiler is equipped with the CIP cleaning system. The
contact part of material and container is made of the SUS316L
imported high-quality material. The interface contacting with the
material adopts the mirror polish. The roughness reaches the
sanitary 300EMSH.
9.All of equipped electric equipments are the imported products. The
electric control part adopts the products from Germany Siemens
Company. The buttons are the products from France Schneider Company.
The transducer is the product of Japan Panasonic Electrical Company.
The vacuum pumps the product of Siemens company. the assembling set
is manufactured completely according to the requirements of GMP. It
is the perfect and ideal ointment and cream production equipment at
home at present.
Work principle: The high-speed isotropic emulsifier consists of a high
rotating impeller and a stator with radiating diversion groove. The
impeller is so designed that the upper and lower vanes rotate at a
high speed, which suck the material respectively and then project it
centrifugally. Since the gap between the impeller and the stator is
very small, the material will experience a series of strong physical
reaction such as shearing ,pressing, mixing and injecting, so that
the material can be complete mixed and emulsified.
