USES:
The BG series of high performance tablet coating
machine is used for packaging Chinese and Western medicine pills
with organic film, water-soluble film or sugar coating. The machine
is highly efficient, low in energy consumption and compact in size.
It is also programmable, easy to operate and satisfies the “GMP”
requirement. The BG series is currently exported to Europe and South
East Asia.
The main component (i.e. the pan unit) and the
built-in cleaning system, the hot-air cabinet, the exhaust cabinet
and the thermostatic stirring barrel are made of high quality,
imported stainless steel. The machine is equipped with either a
pneumatic pump or a high-pressure vacuum pump and a corresponding
vapor spraying device
Basic operating principles:
The tablets are in constant motion inside the machine’s enclosed
rotating system. During operation, the coating agent, or working
fluid, is automatically sprayed according to the operation process
using the appropriate process parameters. Hot air is supplied
through the holes in the metallic wall and passes through the bed
into the air suction device, this ensures the rapid drying of the
tablets to form a glazed and hardened surface film layer.
Main component (Pan Unit):

The
unit is programmable by a touch screen PLC or PC
computerized control system, it also bas a
built-in cleaning system. The machine is propelled by an explosion
proof motor using a cylindrical pin-gear system, the deceleration of
this unit causes the rotating drum to turn in the clockwise
direction.

Hot
Air Cabinet:

The air is firstly
purified by the filler to Level 1000,000; and then blown into the
cylinder of the main machine through the heat exchanger ( steam or
electro heating ) .

Exhaust Fan Cabinet:③
Used
for pumping air out of the rotating drum(includes dust absorption
capability), the cabinet also ensures negative pressure during the
work process.

Pneumatic Spraying System:
The
pump supplies a constant stream of solvent and the air gun sprays
the coating agent or working fluid. (Note: users need to select one
system according to their needs)
●
Airless Spraying System:
The airless spray gun is propelled by a 28:1 propelling pump which
sprays high pressure (no-air) vaporized liquid.
●
Thermostatic Stirring Barrel

The
agent or work fluid is electrically heated and stirred into a
uniform liquid at a pre-determined temperature.
Note: connecting pipes can be constructed according to the user’s
requirement.
